World Corporate Golf Challenge

The play off finals to see who will be going through to represent Chemical Corporation and Wales at the World Corporate Golf Challenge to be played in South Africa early next year was held at St. Pierre golf club on Saturday 27th August.

The top four qualifying golfers from Chemical Corporations annual golf day that was held at Whitchurch Golf Club, Cardiff on the 4th of August all went through to play in this final decider match to see who would go through to represent the company in this prestigious annual event that is also being covered by SKY SPORTS.

In a tense final playoff match Paul Aspey won the match with a score of 31pts with Alan Barham coming second with a score of 26 points and with with Andrew Hoffrock and Brian Lee coming a close 3rd and 4th.

Chemical Corporation has a proud tradition in doing well in this competition and over the years and has previously represented Wales in this competition in Spain, Thailand and South Africa.

Paul Aspey is no stranger to this competition as he has previously represented Chemical Corporation in 2009 in the playoff finals in La Manga Spain where on that occasion the Chemical Corporation team finished in 4th place.

Alan Barham Chemical Corporations Managing Director is looking forward to partnering Paul again at this year’s finals and feels confident that Chemical Corporations will again be prominent in the competition.

All the Managment team at Chemical Corporation would like to thank all their customers who attended this year’s golf day and helped make it such a successful day.
