The Welsh Automotive Forum (WAF) has a board of directors chaired by Professor Garel Rhys CBE and its’ Chief executive is Tim Williams.

The Forum’s role is to disseminate information to companies about the future trends in the motor industry from both vehicle manufacturers and suppliers.  The WAF has links to other forums including medical, aerospace and materials and is also linked to international automotive forums.

The Forum sees the education and training of the workforce as paramount if Wales is to sustain competitiveness and is supported by the Welsh Assembly Government and industry members.
