The CIBUS 20 Lube Station streamlines lubricant products used in production areas and removes some of the risks and dangers inherent in the lubrication of equipment in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The system offers a total management solution for the safe storage and handling of all lubricant products used in food preparation plants.

As part of the CIBUS 20 system, Chemical Corporation (UK) Ltd provides you with a free comprehensive and detailed lubrication survey of your manufacturing plant.  We provide you with a written report on all aspects of this survey. We will demonstrate and recommend a secure method of lubrication management using colour-coded pumps and dispensers to ensure no cross contamination of products occurs during equipment top-ups or service fills.

The CIBUS 20 Lube Station offers a centralised lubricant management system for operators to use simply and comes complete with a library of product information including the Lubricant Engineers report, all health a safety information and NSF registration certificates for each product.
